--LIVING SPACE--
Enter the home and walk into the formal lounge, with comfortable seating. The double-height family room at the rear of the home is bright and spacious and overlooks the pool.
The modern fully equipped open plan kitchen caters for those family meals at home. With the breakfast bar and breakfast nook table and chairs, there is plenty of space to grab those quick meals. There is a second formal dining area with table and chairs for six; great for an evening meal.
--ENTERTAINMENT--
The games room offers a pool table and air hockey table to keep the kids entertained. There is also a static exercise bike and treadmill for those early morning workouts
--OUTDOOR SPACE--
The south-facing pool and integrated spa is a wonderful place to enjoy the Florida sunshine
The generous shaded lanai offers plenty of space to escape the heat along with patio set for great al-fresco dining. The property also benefits from no rear neighbours enhancing the privacy around the pool area.

Solana is a wonderful gated resort located on the US27, midway between the I-4 and the popular US192. There are a number of resort facilities free to use for all guests and Disney theme parks are about 15 minutes drive away. Shops, restaurants and bars can all be found along the nearby US192.
It offers guests free use of a wide range of on-resort amenities, including: clubhouse with fitness room and gym, spa, sundry shop and concierge service; resort swimming pool and tiki bar; 18-hole mini golf course; sand volleyball court; soccer pitch; and “tot lot” (children's play area).
Local shops, restaurants and other amenities can be reached within a ten-minute drive at Four Corners and at the ChampionsGate golf development, where as well as the Greg Norman designed golf course, you can find a bank, restaurants and a Publix supermarket. The Posner Park Retail Park is also nearby and Highway 192, with its tourist-friendly dinner shows, shops and restaurants, is around fifteen minutes' drive.
